The Uganda Press Photo Award kicked off in 2012 and over the years we've seen a lot of growth in the calibre of photography and photographers. Also over the years, many have had their views on who was more deserving. So in celebration of our 10th anniversary, we're giving you the chance to let your voice be heard.

Through the Audience's Choice Award, we're inviting the public to let us know which of the category winners through the years has resonated most with YOU.

How will this work?

We'll kick off with a prelimary round, with people voting in categories/sections and the image from each category with the most votes will move on to the final round. This round will run from October 27th - November 9th, 2021.
In the final round, the public will again vote again for the overall best image of the decade. The winner of the final round will be crowned the Audience's Choice Award winner. This round will run from November 10th - 17th, 2021.

The winner of the 'Audience's Choice Award will be announced on November 20th, 2021 and will take home a Canon EOS M50 MK2 with 15 - 45 kit.
